10 oz arugula, chopped
¼ cup almond milk
2 oz Feta, shredded
½ teaspoon dried oregano


1. Mix almond milk with arugula and bring it to boil.
2. Then add dried oregano.
3. Blend the mixture with the help of the immersion blender
until smooth.
4. Add cheese and stir well. Simmer the pate for 1 minute more.
5. Cool the meal.
