Ingredients:

10 oz beef sirloin, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili flakes
3 bell peppers, chopped
5 cups of water


Directions:

1. Mix beef sirloin with olive oil and chili flakes.
2. Put the meat in the saucepan and roast for 2 minutes per side.
3. Then add all remaining ingredients.
4. Cook the soup for 20 minutes on medium heat with the closed lid.
