Ingredients:

2 carrots, spiralized
2 egg whites, beaten
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon chili
3 tablespoons water


Directions:

1. Mix spiralized carrots with chili and put in the preheated
skillet.
2. Add water and olive oil. Carefully mix the mixture and close
the lid. Saute the carrot for 5 minutes over medium heat.
3. Then add egg whites and gently stir the mixture.
4. Close the lid and cook the meal for 5 minutes more.
