1 cup cauliflower, diced
¼ cup Feta, shredded
1 egg white, beaten
1 teaspoon chili pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ cup of rice milk
1 teaspoon white flour


1. Brush the baking pan with olive oil from inside.
2. Then mix diced cauliflower with egg white, rice milk, and
white flour.
3. Add cheese and transfer the mixture to the baking pan.
4. Bake the meal for 25 minutes at 360F.
