2 egg whites, beaten
1 cup white rice, cooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano


Directions:

1. Pour olive oil into the skillet.
2. Add dried oregano and rice. Carefully mix the mixture.
3. Then add egg whites and mix the meal. Close the lid.
4. Cook the meal for 10 minutes on medium heat, stir it from
